If you wish to return an unopened/unused product from us for a refund, this needs to be returned to us within 10 working days of receipt of the items. Any items you have opened and used will not be refunded..
We have 2 shipping locations, UK & Germany. Please ensure that your device is returned to the address on the shipping documents provided with your product. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are unsure about where to return your device.
Please ensure that items are returned using a reputable carrier. We recommend using a service which provides tracking as we can not be held responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
On receipt the device will be inspected and providing we are satisfied that it is in its original sales condition a refund will be processed with repayment made to your original payment provider within 10 working days. If we believe the device has been used and / or damaged, we will contact you to discuss the matter further and agree next steps.
Shipping Costs are non refundable and you are expected to pay the return shipping costs (including resultant duty & VAT if applicable).
Please note, this policy is not applicable for any “custom” products that are purchased specifically for you. In this instance, no returns will be accepted. Products that are affected in this way will be clearly identified at the point of order.
